Recently the most influential annual grand meeting in the field of manufacturing informatization was held ceremoniously in Beijing which was co-sponsored by National Ministry of Science and Technology. LYC as the only enterprise of bearing industry relies on the project PLM assists LYC to go forward with high speed to won the "2008 National Manufacturing Information Application Leadership Award together with the other 31 enterprises. The project aimed at the characteristics of bearing products and technics design to make a system solution which integrated bearing design software CAD and process design software CAPP based on platform of InforCenter PDM. The system solution is more conformity with the usage characteristics and habits of bearing industry than those common programs. It can do its best to meet the practical work requirements of users. Now it is fully implemented in our company. (December 25 2009)
