The LYC New Project began on September 17 2008.  A total of 2.5 billion will be invested in the New Project with a land contribution of 1000 mu (660000.00 ㎡).  Included in the New Project are four programs:  Wind Power Generator Precision Bearing Automobile Bearing and Technology Center Program.  Upon completion LYC will have world-class centers for production R&D inspection and testing which will bring them to an international advanced level.  The new plant is located at the New Develop Zone in Luoyang China.
