LYC Bearing Corporation teamed up with with CITIC Heavy Industry to realize localization of high-end bearing for mill

In December 6, 2019, the first batch of alternative imports high-end bearing of mine mill for supporting "The Belt and Road" key projects was finished from production line of LYC Bearing Corporation.  

Gear shaft special bearing is the key component of high-end mining mill series of CITIC Heavy Industry , which has long relied on imports. In order to accelerate the localization of high - end bearing of mine mill, the mine mill gear box products for supporting  "The Belt and Road" key projects were turn  over to LYC.

For this reason, a special R & D team was set up to optimize the whole process of raw material selection, parts processing, assembly, etc. for the first time, a number of new technologies such as online detection were applied to ensure the smooth processing of products. After inspection, the overall quality of this batch of products has reached the international advanced level, and some technical indexes are superior to the similar foreign products.
